Welcome to Pict-2-Icons, an freeware application to turn PICT files into icons. Well, it doesn’t just scale down pictures to the size of an icon, but it cuts full-size pictures into pieces with the size of icons. In addition to this, the application also has a small build-in image editor, so you can edit the pictures before converting, or start with completely new ones. From version 2 on, even filters are included (although most of them are really slow)
